This course is designed for any person in a role that involves the sale of alcohol or the serving of alcohol within any ‘on’ Licensed or ‘off’ Licensed premises, including bar or counter service or any person serving alcohol in a restaurant other than a Licensee or Responsible person. If your role is Responsible person for a licence, you should enrol on the Responsible person training applicable to your premises.
