Fire Safety Awareness Course

Who Should Take This Course?

The law requires all employees to receive adequate fire safety training.

This online Fire Safety Awareness training is designed to help you fulfil this legal requirement. It is suitable for anyone at any level, no matter what industry you work in, from employees to managers and full-time to part-time staff.

If you are the designated official of a Fire certificate or you are in charge of fire risk assessments and overseeing evacuation procedures, such as a fire warden, you will need to receive a higher level of training. Our Fire Warden Training course provides learners with the necessary knowledge to fulfil this role.

Course Price £23 plus VAT.

Do You Comply with Fire Safety Regulations?

In the Isle of Man, duties are imposed on responsible people in businesses by either or both the Fire Precautions Act 1975 and associated legislation or the Health & Safety at Work Regulations 2003. All employers, or occupiers of business and many non-domestic premises have legal responsibilities under this legislative umbrella.

Employers in a workplace must ensure employees are provided with adequate fire safety training both at the time when they are first employed; and periodically afterwards or when they are exposed to new or increased risks.

This training course will help your business comply with this legal requirement to provide staff with training.
