Do You Comply with Fire Safety Regulations?

In the Isle of Man, duties are imposed on responsible people in businesses by either or both the Fire Precautions Act 1975 and associated legislation or the Health & Safety at Work Regulations 2003. All employers, or occupiers of business and many non-domestic premises have legal responsibilities under this legislative umbrella.

Employers in a workplace MUST ensure employees are provided with adequate fire safety training both at the time when they are first employed; and periodically afterwards, or when they are exposed to new or increased risks.

This training course will help your business comply with this legal requirement to provide staff with training.
